3D printing is a process of adding material in layers, which, through a digital file, makes it possible to produce objects, prototypes and three-dimensional solid molds.

ABS (Acrinolitrile Butadiene Styrene)
Most popular filament for 3D printing. Having an opaque appearance and a petroleum base, this type of filament is durable, resistant to impact and high temperatures. The accuracy of printing on ABS is low, but as it is a material with low hardness, ABS is easy to finish and can be sanded easily.
PLA (Polylactic Acid)
It is a filament produced from renewable sources, is biodegradable and does not cause harm to health. The precision of PLA printing is greater than that of ABS and, as it has low contraction, it is recommended for objects that will not require finishing after printing as it is a difficult material to finish.
PETG
It is a filament that combines the positive characteristics of PLA and ABS, providing printing with good printing accuracy and resistant to impacts and high temperatures. PETG has good elasticity (difficult to break), great chemical resistance. It is a material widely used in the food industry as it is safe for food and skin.

Our machines have a base size of 255 x 205 millimeters and can print parts up to 225 millimeters in height.

Budgets are made based on choosing the desired material and sending the three-dimensional file, so it is possible to predict the printing time and quantity of filament needed.

We do! For this we need technical drawings of the object, reference images and/or a physical model object. Having all the information available*, we were able to analyze the possibility of modeling the object and thus predict the production cost.
*the reference information is not always sufficient to produce the three-dimensional model, each project requires a complete analysis to make the model viable.
